My husband certainly was happy to see me with my new Singer XL 400. Now I can fix all of his torn clothing. I was not sewing for such a long time because my old machine was broken. Now I feel like I want to get back to sewing. I am such a good seamstress, and there is no reason that I should avoid sewing more items. I feel like it is about time that I get back on track and start making quilts and repairing shirts so that we do not have to buy new ones. I am very happy about my new sewing machine, and I am going to put it to good use. Hopefully, it will last awhile longer. Eventually, I want to upgrade to one of those bigger machines that cost thousands of dollars. That will be a long time coming though, because I just have no need for it right now.
